A combined interface where in the interviewer can see the candidate through the videochat,talk to him over Voice chat and also the traditional text chat interface would really help to reduce costs for the employer and the potential aspirant. Also would reduce long queues, the aspirant need not wait for long as he/she is given the tentative time slot.
