Information overload

Everyday I have receive on average 30-40 emails, 100 tweets, 200 RSS feed items, countless I'm messages and all the rubbish my friends put on Facebook. That is a seriously large amount of information to manage and I'm not even a heavy user of any of these services! I need a way of filtering this information so that I have a manageable amount of information for me to grep which only contains the information which I really want to view.

Do you mean you need a service like minggl.com? Or better? I have seen a good few, will try to remember, where you can easily diggest all the info coming from all your sources.

I think Silentale.com in France is doing a good job resolving this nightmare.
